Victoria Sterritt

Victoria is a Legal Director in our Private Client team.

Victoria was educated at Queen’s University Belfast and Nottingham Law School.  She trained and practised with leading regional firm Tees Law and was a Partner in London firm Seddons LLP before returning to Northern Ireland and taking up a role with Davidson McDonnell in 2023.

Victoria continues to practise in England & Wales as well as developing a practice in Northern Ireland.  Victoria enjoys a varied workload and helping people from a wide range of backgrounds to find solutions to legal issues flowing from all areas of family law, relationship breakdown and child arrangements.  She advises on a variety of matters from the straightforward to the most complex and has extensive experience of advising on matters involving corporate and commercial structures including those involving farms, family businesses and trusts arrangements both upon relationship breakdown and by way of protective nuptial and cohabitation agreements.  

Victoria also advises on matters that involve jurisdictional issues including international relocation of children and financial assets in foreign jurisdictions. 

Victoria has a particular interest in children law and the ever-evolving world of the modern family.

Victoria is committed to promoting resolutions out of Court where appropriate and has undertaken mediation training.
