Sam Shorter
Sam is Counsel in our Finance team, with extensive experience advising on mid-market and top-tier domestic, European, and global cross-border transactions. Her practice focuses on leveraged acquisition finance and other corporate financings. Sam is qualified to practise in Northern Ireland and England & Wales.
Sam previously worked for leading US firms in London and a boutique research firm that specialised in analysing bond and loan covenants for institutional investors, legal professionals, and financial advisors. Sam has also spent time on secondment with an international bank.
