Ross is a Director in our Commercial Property team.

He specialises in all aspects of commercial property law advising on acquisitions and disposals, lettings, development and joint venture arrangements, construction, property management and secured lending transactions. Ross has recently acted on:

• The purchase of CastleCourt Shopping Centre, Belfast and its ongoing management; 

• All aspects of the acquisition and construction of a 155,000 sq ft Grade A office development in Belfast city center;

• A number of purpose built student accommodation and built to rent projects.

• The purchase of a portfolio of nursing homes across Northern Ireland.

Ross was educated at the University of Nottingham and trained and practised for a number of years with leading London practice Ashurst before returning home to Northern Ireland.

Ross is qualified to practise in Northern Ireland and England & Wales and regularly advises in both jurisdictions.
