Raymond is a Director in our Corporate team. His practice is largely transactional, with a particular focus on M&A.

Raymond has recently advised:

• Fscom on a private equity investment from Bridgepoint (and on an ongoing basis); - the WF Risk Group on multiple acquisitions and disposals across the United Kingdom.

• Wirefox on its acquisitions of the Bushmills Inn and Ardgowan Hotel.

• The shareholders in Budget Energy on its sale to DCC plc; and - the shareholders in Inislyn Limited, the holding vehicle for the Radisson Blu (Belfast), on its sale to Cliste Hospitality.

Raymond was educated at St Edmund Hall, Oxford (MA, BCL). He trained in London / New York and practised as a Corporate tax lawyer in London with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP before returning home to Northern Ireland.

Raymond is qualified to practise in Northern Ireland and England & Wales.
