Lindsey completed her training contract with one of Northern Ireland’s largest commercial firms and qualified as a solicitor in 2008. In 2010 Lindsey joined a leading Irish law firm as an Associate in the Finance and Restructuring Department before joining Davidson McDonnell in 2019 to expand the firm’s insolvency, restructuring and finance practice. She has acted for insolvency practitioners, secured and unsecured creditors and companies in a significant number of high profile insolvencies in Northern Ireland. Lindsey also has considerable experience advising lenders, invoice discounters and other asset based lenders on insolvency related issues and enforcement options.
In addition, Lindsey has a broad range of experience acting for both local and international banks, investors and borrowers in a wide range of finance matters including, refinancing, secured and unsecured lending, acquisition and finance, loan portfolio sales and commercial finance.
Lindsey is listed in Chambers & Partners as an “Associate to Watch” with clients appreciating that she is “very effective” and “the type of person you could bounce ideas off and talk about the market”.
