Heather Crawford
Heather is a Solicitor in our Finance team. She has experience in:
Advising financial institutions and borrowers in various finance transactions, particularly those involving development and real estate financing;
Acting for alternative lenders with funding transactions; and
Advising on the Northern Irish aspects of multi-jurisdictional group financing transactions.
Heather studied Law at Queen's University Belfast and graduated in 2022. She completed her studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in 2024, attaining a Distinction. During her time at the IPLS, Heather was presented with the Harry Coll Prize for attaining the highest standard in the Tribunals element of the Public Law and Tribunals Module.
Heather qualified as a Solicitor in September 2024.
