Greg is a Senior Solicitor in our Corporate team.
Greg’s experience covers the full range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on M&A and venture capital matters involving clients driving or being affected by technological change.
Greg completed his undergraduate studies at Newcastle University and subsequently trained and practised for six years in London with two leading City firms. Greg is qualified to practise in both Northern Ireland and England & Wales.
