Davidson McDonnell Hosts Commercial Property Seminar
The high turnout and subsequent success of the session can only be attributed to the calibre and relevance of the presentations delivered by Davidson McDonnell legal professionals, Clare Templeton and Giles Williams.
Clare, Legal Director for Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution, discussed changes to the Court System proposed by the Civil Justice Review, and provided an update on legal developments within insolvency and business restructuring.
Giles, Senior Solicitor, Commercial Property at Davidson McDonnell, delivered a talk on the issues encountered when a tenant becomes insolvent, something which is sadly very topical, in light of recent high profile retailer failures.
Ross Davidson, Director at Davidson McDonnell, said of the rationale behind the seminar;
“The decision to run this seminar was based on feedback from our clients and business introducers. There is a wealth of knowledge within the team at Davidson McDonnell and through events like this, we hope to educate and assist our clients and the wider business community in understanding the issues at play in the commercial property market in Northern Ireland.
Thanks to everyone who attended and to Clare and Giles for providing such informative and insightful presentations”.
