Davidson McDonnell Expands To Include Residential Services

Davidson McDonnell is celebrating its recent expansion into residential services with the arrival of three new staff members.

The new team led by Nikki Bell will provide residential conveyancing to Davidson McDonnell’s core client base of property developers and entrepreneurs, with a focus on the sale of newly developed sites in Northern Ireland and England and high value residential property.

Ross Davidson explained the reason behind the firm’s continued growth in a turbulent market:

“2020 has provided unique challenges but also unique opportunities, not least a chance for us to consider how best to grow and diversify our business in response to client needs. Our focus is always on how to deliver legal services in a more dynamic, innovative and client focused manner, and that remains the driver for everything that we do.

Our clients continue to have a growing need for high quality residential sales services regardless of Covid-19, and the current stamp duty reductions are driving this market. We are acting on increasing numbers of residential sites in Northern Ireland and England for our developer clients, who need a consistent service levels to dispose of sites in a smooth and efficient way.

Creating a business unit to focus on how to deliver those services in the best possible way, and expand that offering to new clients, is an exciting next step in the continued growth and diversification of our practice.
