Christopher has the role of Counsel within our Corporate Team. He has extensive experience across the full spectrum commercial and corporate law, primarily focusing on M&A transactions and private equity investments in a range of industries including IT, engineering and construction.

Christopher has recently advised on:

• Multiple acquisitions across the United Kingdom for a leading Irish transport group

• The sale of a construction company in administration

• Management buy-outs of several SMEs

• A major private equity investment in a local fintech firm by a large global PE fund

Christopher is also involved in advising on shareholder agreements, company restructures and commercial contracts.

Christopher was educated at Queen’s University, Belfast and also spent a year studying at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, France.

He is qualified to practise in Northern Ireland and England &Wales.
