Ben Fraser
Ben is a Senior Solicitor in our Commercial Property team. He acts for a variety of clients on a wide range of transactional Real Estate matters with a specific focus on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property together with landlord and tenant work.
Ben has recently advised:
Travis Perkins PLC on various matters across their industrial portfolio in Northern Ireland
Kainos PLC on their letting of Grade A office space in Birmingham
Investment companies on the disposal of multi-let retail properties in Plymouth and Oldham
Poundstretcher on a range of matters across their Northern Irish retail portfolio
On the sale of industrial premises in Peterborough to its PLC occupier
Ben was educated at the University of Liverpool and gained a Distinction on the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Chester. He then trained and practised as a Real Estate lawyer with DLA Piper UK LLP before relocating to Northern Ireland in January 2017.
Ben is qualified to practise in Northern Ireland and England & Wales.
