England & Wales

In addition to advising clients on matters in Northern Ireland, we also advise on property law matters in England & Wales. The firms principals Ross Davidson and David McDonnell were both admitted to the roll of solicitors in England & Wales in 2003 and retain current practising certificates in that jurisdiction.

We find that where our Northern Irish based clients’ business interests extend to England & Wales they prefer to deal with their usual locally-based professional advisers rather than engaging further advisers at additional cost.

We also act for clients based outside of Northern Ireland both in relation to their business interests in England & Wales and in Northern Ireland.
