Claire McVicker
Claire is a Trainee Solicitor in our Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team and has experience in:
Assisting with a multi-faceted professional Negligence action;
Assisting with a complex commercial dispute relating to overseas investments;
Issuing high-value Personal Injury claim; and
Debt Recovery action.
Claire graduated as Ulster University’s highest achieving Law Student in 2019 and obtained a master’s degree in Law with Distinction in 2020. During her master’s degree Claire undertook Pro-Bono work in the areas of Employment Law, Social Security Law & Family Law advice and has represented claimants both in Northern Ireland and Great Britain to Industrial Tribunal level. Prior to joining Davidson McDonnell, Claire worked for a charity within their Employment Rights Project.
