Christopher Bullock
Christopher is a Senior Solicitor in our Corporate Team. He has extensive experience across the full spectrum commercial and corporate law, primarily focusing on M&A transactions and private equity investments in a range of industries including IT, hospitality, and construction.
Christopher has recently advised on:
the sale of a local IT company to a ‘Big Four’ professional services firm;
a major private equity investment in a local IT company by a large UK PE fund;
a major private equity investment in a local fintech firm by a large global PE fund; and
management buy-outs of a number of local SMEs.
Christopher is also involved in advising on shareholder agreements, company restructures and commercial contracts. He has additional expertise in the niche legal area of liquor licensing.
Christopher was educated at Queen’s University, Belfast, and also spent a year studying at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, France.
